About Us
Allied Pacific Builders Inc. (APB) was founded in 2002 as a licensed General Contractor in the State of Hawaii by its current President and CEO, William Alicar and a few former, minor shareholders. The company started with one full time employee and numerous part timers. Today, the company has grown to include two offices; Headquartered in Kapolei, Hawaii and Branch office in Dededo, Guam. APB employs between 45-50 full time employees. In addition to the company’s general contracting license, the company holds a roofing specialty license; C-42 and is experienced in design build construction services.
