About Us

Allied Pacific Builders Inc., is one of the fastest growing minorities owned General Contractor in the state of Hawaii with excellent capabilities to handle large scale construction or renovation projects in the federal, state, commercial, and county sectors. Allied Pacific Builders have opened a branch in Guam to cater to the booming construction industry. The company is headed by its President, William Alicar and its Guam operations are managed by Genaro Danila, General Manager.

History

Allied Pacific Builders, Inc. (APB) was founded in 2002 as a licensed General Contractor in the State of Hawaii. Though the company is geared towards being a building contractor, it also specializes in roofing work. Key employees of the company have extensive years of experience in various types of roofing systems. APB was admitted to the Small Business Administration's 8a program, case number 109095, within its first year of business. To be eligible as an 8a contractor, candidate companies must have a minimum of 2 years business experience. Due to its extensive credentials however, APB was granted an exemption to this requirement.

Allied Pacific Builders Inc. (APB) provided good quality workmanship and completed the project ahead of schedule. APB coordinated their work professionally with the building occupants to minimize disruptions to the building operations. There were no customer complaints. Once the pre-construction meeting was held, APB took control of the project and effectively managed it until completion.
